reviews

“…An ambitious marriage of traditional performance, athletic choreography, real-time drawing, interactive animation, puppetry, live camera feeds, projections, papercraft, and more, Flying V is truly in its element.

– Brittany Proudfoot Ginder, DCTA

“This is the kind of superhero we can use right now.

– Mary Lincer, Broadway World

“One need not be a fan of anime, or even comics in general, to appreciate and enjoy the superlative stagecraft on display in “Astro Boy and the God of Comics.” This is a show not to be missed, and one that hopefully will not take another dozen years to return to the D.C.-area stage again.

– Peter Orvetti, MD Theatre Guide

“Still a damn marvel.

“A true ensemble production.

– Chris Klimek, Washington City Paper
