Flying V is thrilled to announce that the fifteenth year of programming for the organization brings with it an invitation: Play More. Play in the literal sense – with the fall production of Doctor Moloch being the organization’s first “traditional” theatrical performance since 2019. Play in the invitational sense – with an epic season of Flying V Fights: Pro Wrestling to cheer (or boo) for, live renditions of Saturday Morning Cartoons at AwesomeCon to laugh at, and Bulleketroet, a goofy children’s puppet show to learn (Dutch) from! And finally, Play in the restorative sense – with energizing moments of connection, collaboration, and creativity, and an inclusive community of diverse nerds to share these moments with! “We could all use some play time,” says navi, Artistic Lead of Flying V R&D. “To balance out, you know, [gestures wildly] everything.”
